Buy Geisha dress

February 9, 2010

What is a geisha?

Geisha are traditional, female Japanese entertainers whose best skills include performing various Japanese arts such as dance and classical music and painting.

Buy geisha dress“>

Throughout history, geisha most likely began the earliest stages of their training at a very small age, sometimes as early as at 3 or 5 years old.

In the seventeenth-century Japan , the early geisha, a mix of actress and prostitute, worked on the stages set in the river bed of the River Kamo in Kyoto. The fine line between actress and prostitute was then very fuzzy. The women would preform erotic dances and skits for their audiences.

These pleasure rooms quickly became glamorous entertainment forums that offered much more that just sex. The highly decorated and appcomplished, courtesans of these districts entertained their clients by singing, dancing, and playing music.

One would think the biggest industry in Japan is shipbuilding, or making transistor radios or cameras. It is entertainment!! The term geisha literally translates to mean “entertainer.”

I first heard about the geisha dress on the oprah winfrey show and ever since then I have a very nice and stlyish assortment of geisha dresses stocked in my closet. A geisha dress is a must have for any woman wanting to upgrade their fashion statements and give a new wrinkle of sexiness to their wardrobe.

A geisha dress is one of a kind and is not for the girl that likes to go to a party, sit in the corner, and eat hor d’oeuveres all night. This dress was made for dancing and sparkling. It can also be made from a polyester, spandex blend and the skirt lined with white satin.

After oprah mentioned geisha dresses on her show i went to Buy geisha dress“> They had the best prices and 2 day shipping, so i was was ready to strutt in my new giesha dress by the weekend!!!

Green mound juniper bonsai

February 5, 2010

Juniperus procumbens ‘Nana’is the scientific name but known by many in the United states as the Green Mound Juniper, is a personal favourite. Its tidy green foliage and ground-hugging make it perfect for groundcover, yet it is the foliage arrangement and the way in which the new shoots grow that give this bonsai tree its tough appeal. I grow it on the edge of paving here in the United states, where it can best show off its awesome characteristics.

Buy your bonsai tree HERE!!

The main attraction of the leaves of the green mound juniper is such that it is widely used to make bonsai trees, particularly in the USA, where it has become the ‘standard’ bonsai juniper, despite the fact that it will not grow into a tree left untrained and is in fact a low-growing, groundcover plant!

The Green Mound Juniper has leaves of an apple green colour, that is green with just a touch of silvery-blue. It will grow well in an open position away from big shrubs or trees and prefers well-drained soil. If your soil is clay or heavy dig two or three bucketfuls of fine gravel or pea shingle deep into the yard into the center of which you are going to plant your juniper. When planting also include organic matter into the hole and mix with the soil. Grows four or five feet across in ten years.

Light

Filtered or shaded sunlight is best for your Juniper bonsai. Allow your Juniper bonsai to get weak morning sunlight when possible and avoid the scorching afternoon sunlight.

Feeding

Fertilize your Juniper bonsai once every two weeks during the growing season, spring until fall. I would recommend using an organic liquid fertilizer such as a fish emulsion or an organic seaweed fertilizer. Chemical fertilizers may be used but should be water downed to about one half strength so that precious roots are not harmed. Organic pellets such as rice cakes can also be used along with standard fertilizers.

With age it will mound on itself, The tree becomes a slight purple color or bronze in winter. The natural movement of the Green Mound’s trunk and branches creates the essence of bonsai.

Bonsai tree can handle FREEZING, but PROTECT FROM STRONG WINDS & SEVERE COLD.
Spray with water daily through the foliage.
Water when the soil moderately dries, but do not let the soil completely dry out.
Fertilize at one-third strength during the growing season.
Finger-pinch the new growth to keep the shape & size.

A great plant for beginners.

Green Mound junipers are one of the most common and basic bonsai made. Most people’s thoughts of a bonsai is a juniper. They are generally very good in a broad growing range all over the United States. The main reason they die is usally poor maintainence. They are out door type trees and must have a similar environement. After that its just a matter of watering, fertilizing and trimming. Sometime repotting is necessary. This kind of information is available in the most basic of bonsai books for your bonsai success.

Green mound juniper bonsai

Bonsai as a horticultural and artistic hobby is starting to become one of the most popular alternative leisure activities for plant lovers. If you want to know how to grow a bonsai tree, you must first know its definition, basic information about these plants and the different techniques of growing them. This hobby is an enjoyable one and you can learn about many techniques that you can apply in other fields as well.

Bonsai has been ridden with a lot of myths. Many people think that bonsai is a form of cruelty to innocent plants by stunting their growth and is kept small by cruel means. However, these myths are false and budding enthusiasts should know that these miniature trees need a lot of care and attention and when handled properly, can even outlive some of their larger counterparts.

The techniques in growing a green mound juniper bonsai are not cruel in any way. Like most horticultural activities, this hobby is dedicated to treating the plants in the gentlest and best ways possible in order to bring out the best in them. The beauty that these small plants provide to the environment is even associated with Zen Buddhism because of the intertwining of man, nature and other elements.

Bonsai is produced by planting seeds and growing them into young trees or naturally stunted plants which are transplanted into pots or containers. Ideally, the plants that must be used are members of the persistent and lasting woody-stemmed trees. Several shrub species that are resilient and easy to contain in a pot can also be used.

Cultivation of bonsai trees is different since the grower can choose what type of plan that he or she wants to train into a miniature form. Growth from seeds, though sometimes used, is not the most popular form of cultivation. The hobbyist can choose the plant for aesthetic reasons or for resilience in the local climate or for its relatively lower cost.

It is important to note that the choosing the pot where you plan to put your plants to is crucial for its cultivation. This hobby is known for making the plant complement the figure, shade and texture of its container. When planting bonsai in a pot, your goal is to transform both into a single, pleasant unit that looks great together.

Most of these plants range from two inches to three feet long. They are kept small by regularly pruning the roots and branches, by periodic transferring of pots, by wiring the trunk and branches and by trimming off new growth. These techniques must be religiously followed in order to get the ideal design and look that the bonsai was planned to get.

Plant propagation techniques are varied. Any form is effective for generating bonsai but there are a few favored ones which are quick and easy to produce a well-aging trunk with well-placed leaves ad branches. These propagation techniques include, but are not limited to cuttings and layering. You can choose either or both these two techniques in order to see fast results.

Green mound juniper bonsai

There are many ways to grow your own bonsai tree and all of them take time, practice and patience. Bonsai planting is an age-old hobby that has amazed enthusiasts due to the beauty in form and value that miniature tree provide to any environment. If you wish to engage in this hobby, there are many things that you need to learn to guide you in this alternative horticultural endeavor.

http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?Buy bonsai trees here!!!

First off, you must choose what tree you want to have a small version of. These are many kinds of trees that you can train to take a smaller form. Some of the most popular types include plants with woody stems and several shrubs. Plants that have true branches and are easy to confine in a container are the most ideal types of plant to guide into a smaller form.

Another thing that you must consider is the pot. You can’t just go around and find the first pot that you see when shopping for bonsai materials to use. It is important that you take time in choosing the perfect container because it can do so much to add to the over-all beauty of bonsai. The main goal of this hobby is not just to gently and gradually stunt the growth of the plant but also to make it complement perfectly with its container.

There are many types of propagation that works in producing bonsai material. However, two techniques are widely used because they provide quick and efficient results such as well-placed branches and a mature tree trunk that aged well. These two propagation forms are cutting and layering.

Buy your bonsai trees here!!!

Cutting involves pruning a part of the plant and placed in the same or in a separate container to grow roots on its own. If the part of the small tree that was cut off is thick, it can be used to produce a bonsai tree that grows branches faster and matures more quickly than growing from a seed. This technique often provides more plant sources for other bonsai projects.

Layering involves rooting from a branch or other part of the miniature plant while it is still attached to the primary plant. After the rooting begins, it can be removed from the parent plant and cared for until it grows into a separate and independent bonsai. This technique is tricky since you have to be patient and place the child plant carefully so as not to destroy the aesthetics of the parent plant after you remove the newly-rooted branch.

Designing the bonsai in order for it to take on a prettier and smaller form involves a lot of process. These types of cultivation are applied in relatively unusual ways that are only done uniquely to this type of plants and this form of horticultural activity.

These cultivation techniques involve leaf trimming, pruning, cutting, wiring and many other processes that are done separately or as a combination of techniques. There are a lot of other techniques, such as grafting, clamping, defoliation and deadwood, which can show different results.

Growing green mound juniper bonsai tree

Growing bonsai trees does not end on the first few days of training the plant to take on the form of a miniature tree. It is also important to keep it healthy and growing well. Bonsai trees can last for years when well-taken care of and can even be passed on and handed down from one family generation to another. In order to do carefully maintain the plant, you need to learn basic horticultural skills.

=”http://Buy your bonsai trees here!!“>

Basic horticultural knowledge involves knowing where to properly position your outdoor or indoor bonsai, how to feed it and the best way of watering it. You also need to learn how to prune the roots, leaves and branches as well as the proper way of periodically repotting the plant. These skills are important in order to maintain the shape of the plant and keep it healthy.

Your bonsai plant is different from any kind of plant. You have to carefully decide where to place your plant if you plan on keeping it outdoors. Generally, you should try to keep it out of direct sunlight but still see to it that the plant receives proper air circulation, correct amount of humidity while still easy to get to and access by you for regular maintenance.
<a href="Buy your green mound juniper bonsai here!“>

You can readily tell if your bonsai likes or dislikes its location. Carefully observe changes or signs that it might be suffering in its location. Look out for burnt foliage, withering and discoloration and if you see of these signs, transfer the plant to a more fitting location as soon as possible. Also research about the origin and characteristics of your plant species to determine where you properly place it.

Try to mimic the natural environment which it used to grow. If it is a rainforest type of tree, place it somewhere that is partly shaded or under a shaded material which imitates the rainforest environment which it would suit best. You can also place your bonsai inside your home but make sure that you bring them out once in a while and give them special care and attention.

The frequency of watering your plant depends on a lot of factors. One is the local climate in your area and the location where you place your plant on. Excessive heat, dry and strong winds and sometimes, even a combination of both these factors can cause the soil to dry out quickly. In this case, you must regularly monitor moisture levels and keep your plants hydrated.

The type of plant will also determine the amount of water that you put on them. Some plants retain moisture more than others so make sure that you know the basic information about the tree species of your bonsai plant.

To maintain healthy growth for your plant, you should also do regular fertilizer feeding with the correct type of fertilizer. The soil must be frequently replenished since certain amounts of nutrients can be washed out with every watering. Ask the local experts or research on the internet about which type of fertilizer is best for your plants.
